Acquisition
We
executed this acquisition as our own strategic investment. The aim
was to carry out ownership rights in the company more effectively
and to improve company management, resulting in higher production
efficiency and utilisation of production capacities. The acquisition
took place between 1995 and 1996 as a combination of purchases from
small investors and concentration of shares from smaller domestic
investors. Through this we managed to acquire 47.77% of the share
capital. The acquisition was financed from our own sources. The
acquisition volume totalled 84 million SKK.
