of the company
The company’s production is focused on research,
development, design, production and repair of river and sea boats
and on the provision of corresponding services. SlovenSKKé lodenice
exports more than 90% of production, especially to Germany (74%)
and to former Soviet countries (18. 6%). In the TOP 100 table, it
occupies fifth place among engineering companies in terms of sales.
It has approximately 2,600 employees.

Acquisition
The
acquisition took place in July 1997 by concentrating small stakes
from domestic and foreign investors into a controlling block of
shares. We executed the acquisition for a client, the funding being
partially provided by us. We managed to buy a 39.55% participation
in the share capital. The acquisition volume totalled 531 million
SKK.
