Description of the company
The company was established following transformation of a former regional
architectural agency. The company specializes in design, technical
consulting and engineering for the construction industry. It also
carries out engineering in the field of industrial, civil and residential
buildings, offering all related services.
Acquisition
The acquisition was carried out at the end
of 1994 and beginning of 1995. Our company executed it as a strategic
investment from our own funds. The majority of the 63% of shares
we acquired were purchased from institutional investors (FNM SR,
Investment funds and RIF). At the same time, Agrobanka, a.s. attempted
to take control of the company through its investments funds.
